Efficient desktop units for demanding requirements
The EXAKT S models are equipped with the unique pre-tensioning system of the rollers. As compared to basic models, these models maintain a constant roller gap for greater product fineness and control over a range of particle sizes.
The easy operability of the EXAKT 80S and 120S-450 are a key features, with the ever-parallel gap setting with just one handwheel per roller gap.

Features

Materials
- Chemically-neutral rollers made of various sorts of ceramics (aluminium and zirconium oxide)
- Special easy-to-clean surface with zirconium oxide rollers and polished aluminium oxide rollers (superfinish)
- Corrosion-free steel rollers, chrome-plated
- Scraper knives made of a variety of materials (steel, plastic, aluminium, and zirconium oxide)
Solvent dispenser (optional)
Some products tend to dry out in the area of the product guides due to increased friction heat. The solvent dispenser can be used to prevent this. Near the lproduct guides, it adds solvent to the product in order to ensure constant product fineness and to prevent drying out.
Explosion protection (optional)
The EXAKT superfine models can also be manufactured so they are explosion proof (on demand).
PFA coating of universal scraper socket (optional)
For improved flow of the product on the scraper socket. This also simplifies cleaning: Cleaning time and materials are reduced. This type of coating is approved for food contact and metal-free. The use of plastic spatulas is recommended.
