Here's how ProFix works

Exakt ProFix is a silicon-based material that is ideally-suited for supporting the fixing of irregular workpieces (e.g. profiles).

ProFix is a material that consists of a base and a catalyst. The base and the catalyst are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 (weight or volumes). The mixing time is 1 minute. The material can be worked, depending on room temperature (22°C), for at least 1 minute. To harden, the material needs approximately 5 minutes. The linear size alteration (shrinkage) is <0.3%. The allowance after deformation is 99.6%.

After processing of the EXAKT ProFix, fix the workpiece with the workpiece brackets, insert it into the clamping system, and close. The workpiece is now ready for cutting.
