- Extraordinarily precise particle size reduction and dispersing as well as remarkable reproducibility are the distinguishing features of the EXAKT electronic models. The possible applications range from refining urea in the pharmaceutical industry to dispersing nanoparticles in the electrical industry.
These compact three roll mills with state-of-the-art operating functions and the greatest flexibility are used in product development, pre-production, and limited production. Their new characteristics ensure not only a more flexible use of the machines, they also set standards when it comes to reliability and reproducibility.
All operating parameters are indicated on the display, which simplifies the transfer of the production-specific processing conditions from development to production.

Materials
- Chemically-neutral rollers made of various types of ceramics (aluminum, zirconium oxide, and silicon carbide)
- Special easy-to-clean surface with silicon carbide rollers, zirconium oxide rollers and polished aluminum oxide rollers (superfinish)
- Corrosion-free steel rollers, chrome-plated
- Scraper knives made of a variety of materials (steel, plastic, aluminum, and zirconium oxide)
PFA coating of universal scraper socket (optional)
For improved flow of the product on the scraper socket. This also simplifies cleaning: cleaning time and materials are reduced. This type of coating is approved for food contact and metal-free. The use of plastic spatulas is recommended.
