The Basic models EXAKT 50 & 50I are widely applicable and offer the multiple process advantages that only EXAKT Three Roll Mills deliver for dispersion and homogenizing.

EXAKT 80
With an output up to 45 litres per hour, a more powerful motor, larger roller diameters and therefore greater shear even more applications are possible.
Designed for use with a wide variety of materials, rollers are chemically neutral made of aluminium oxide or corrosion resistant, chrome-plated steel, also the scraper knife can be made of steel or ceramic.
Additional equipment options
Cooling and heating equipment for the rollers
All EXAKT 80 models with steel rollers can be equipped with an open circuit internal circulation system for heating or cooling of the rollers. If there is no source with cooling or heating medium available, EXAKT offers appropriate accessories.
Solvent dispenser for EXAKT 80
Some products tend to dry out in the area of the product guides due to increased friction heat. The solvent dispenser can be used to prevent this. Near the product guides, it adds solvent to the product in order to ensure constant product fineness and to prevent drying out.
Explosion protection for EXAKT 80
The EXAKT basic models can be manufactured so they are explosion proof (on demand).
Draw-in guard "Nip Guard" for EXAKT 80
As an alternative to the stainless steel hopper, it is possible to use a Nip Guard / hand guard via the rear draw-in gap. Equipped like the stainless steel hopper with a safety switch.
PFA coating of universal scraper socket for EXAKT 50 and 80
For improved flow of the product on the scraper socket. This also simplifies cleaning: Cleaning time and materials are reduced. This type of coating is approved for food contact and metal-free. The use of plastic spatulas is recommended.
